About My Practice
I am a California LMFT. I see individuals, couples, and families (teens 12+) by secure video anywhere in the state.
The work is paced and practical: what is happening now, how the past is showing up, and what would help you feel more at home in yourself, and with the people you love.
I also facilitate process groups — pilot groups at clinical sites and groups online.
Who I see
- Adults
- Couples and premarital
- Teens (12+) and families
- People in trauma recovery
- Women’s issues, spirituality / Christian-informed work when requested
- People navigating addiction and life after treatment
- Eating disorders and life after treatment

What people often bring
Trauma and relationship distress, anxiety and depression, grief, divorce and infidelity, family conflict, caregiver stress, life transitions, self-esteem, school and peer issues, and recovery after sexual abuse.
How I work
Trauma-specific therapy (including EMDR, Brainspotting, and CRM), parts-informed work, CBT and DBT skills, mindfulness and somatic practice, Gottman-informed couples work, and Neuropsychotherapy as it fits. Faith can be part of the room when you want it; it is never required.
Groups
Process groups for stabilization, Self-leadership, and connection — offered as pilots in clinical settings and online. Ask if a current group is open.
